Other: There are eight units per floor on floors 3-10. Six units per floor on floors 11-20. Five units per floor on floors 21-26. Floors 27-30 has four units. Floors 31 and 32 have three units. Floors 33 & 34 have two units and the top floor (35) is one unit.  The Pinnacle is currently the 2nd tallest residential tower in downtown. 

Why the Pinnacle condos made the Top 10 List:  The Pinnacle condos offer a great combination of a very walk able location, high quality finishes, 10 or 11 foot ceiling heights and great bay views, it’s the newest condo in its neighborhood, built in 2005. This is why the Pinnacle condos are the most expensive in the Marina neighborhood. The Pinnacle architect gave priority to the living rooms and kitchens as they are both very large at the expense of the bedrooms which tend to be smaller than the competing buildings.

Units facing these directions will probably see: 
West: Units in the Pinnacle condos facing West will be looking towards Seaport Village, the bay and Point Loma. Directly across the street from the Pinnacle is another condo building, CityFront Terrace. This building is 13 stories tall. 
North: Great city skyline views. The building directly across the street is a six story apartment building, so need to be above that to have the panoramic views. 
East: The East view from the Pinnacle condominiums is the most challenged because there are two twin tower condos (Horizons) that will block most views except those on the much higher floors as these twin towers are 25 stories tall. Once you get a view over them it goes on forever all the way to the mountains. 
South: The South view from the Pinnacle condos is the most sought after view and often the most expensive view. You will have the four hotel towers about 800 feet away that will obstruct some of the view, but most people are OK with the view corridors between these buildings. Here you also have a great view of the Coronado Bridge and beyond all the way to the night lights of Mexico. If your looking for the wow factor view in the Pinnacle you must take a look at the South views. The convention center that is also a block or so away can easily be cleared from around the tenth floor and up.

Like the most: Residents in the Pinnacle condos have told me they love the views, especially the unobstructed views from the higher floors. Compliments were also given to the buildings location, high level of amenities and the staff working there. Good reviews on the high quality of finishes provided.
Like the least: Residents in the Pinnacle condos conveyed to me they do not like the train noise heard in the building and some negative comments were expressed with regard to the location of the entrance on the south side of the building near the drive thru drive way. No guest parking. Bedroom sizes are small.
Other comments: There is no charge for onsite storage. One owner expressed having no regrets about buying there after looking at the other condo choices downtown.
