Other: The Pacific Gate condominium tower is going up right in front (west) of the Electra condominiums. Pacific Gate seems to be perpendicular to the Electra building, but rotated a little to the right.  The longest part runs South East to North West. . You will be surprised at how panoramic the city views to the East, NE & SE are.  Here are two images #1 , #2 of the City skyline views.    The three bedroom estates will start on the 33rd floor and go up to the 40th floor.  There is large retail space planned at the base of Pacific Gate.  Completion at this time, probably late 2017.
