Other: On floor 2 of The Park - Bankers Hill condos there are only two units as this floor is shared with the amenities such as the pool and club room.  Floors 3 - 6 have six units per floor, floors 7 - 12 have only four units per floor and the top floor has four penthouses all are 2 story floor plans with master suites on the main (lower) level, great for those aging knees.  As of Summer 2015 the developer of The Park - Bankers Hill condominiums was very early stages construction. A lot of these units will have extra large balconies on them. Survey results about a year after full occupancy, occupancy expected in spring 2017, so survey results probably in 2018 or 2019.

Will "The Park - Bankers Hill" make Top 10 List:  I think it will because as of summer 2015 The Park condos offer the highest level of standard finishes any developer has offered, slightly higher than our previous champion the Bayside condos.  The Park Bankers Hill condos also have larger floor plans, starting at 1,600 sf and some of the floor plans have very large out door terraces.  These condos will also offer great views to Balboa Park as well as views of the San Diego bay.

Units facing these directions will probably see:
West: Panoramic views over Bankers Hill including views to bay, Point Loma and the airport runway.  There is a four story building directly across the street, but much more narrow than The Park Bankers Hill building, so note some lower floors will have some of their view obstructed by this.
North: Skyline view over Bankers Hill up into the Hillcrest neighborhood. 
East: Panoramic views of Balboa Park and mountains off in the distance.
South: Panoramic views from Balboa Park to the San Diego bay including some views towards the skyline towers in downtown.  A few blocks directly South will see other condo buildings, but I think they are far enough away to maintain your privacy and small enough to not dominate the views.

Location :  The Park condos are located directly across the street form America's largest urban park, Balboa Park, with 1,200 acres of gardens, museums, restaurants and athletic facilities.   It is close to the top (or North end) of Balboa Park and pretty close to University Avenue to the North, which is the main street in Hillcrest with lots of restaurants and shopping.  Whole Foods is 0.9 miles away which is about a 15 minute walk.
