Will "41 West Condos" make Top 10 List:  Maybe, its going to be great competition to The Park - Bankers Hill condominiums and the Park Laurel condominiums in the immediate area.  41 West condos just might have the best bay views of any condo complex in Bankers Hill due to its location and the views to the bay down the hill are protected with the height restriction on buildings between it and the bay of the airport flight path.  These condos will also offer great views to Balboa Park.

Units facing these directions will probably see:
West: 41 West units above the 3rd floor should have panoramic bay views over Bankers Hill including views to Point Loma and the airport runway.  Lower floor units will look at a nice big historic home on the adjacent lot. 
North: Skyline view over Bankers Hill up into the Hillcrest neighborhood. 
East: Only the upper floors will have views into Balboa Park over the condos and apartments across the street. 
South: Ideally at 41 West if you face South you want to be on the SW corner because there is a big office building off set to the East side of the lot across the street so if your on the Easter portion of the South side you will look right at this office building, expect those units to be discounted in price and a premium for being over on the Western half of the South facing units which will see the downtown high rise skyline looking directly South.
